Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely cozy in your Vermont Flannel gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unworn flannel items in the original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Hand your package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any USPS location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
